Tool’s “public face”: describes the parameter shape without any execution capability.

Defined in defect-core (so defect-llm can serialize schemas without depending on the agent runtime) and re-exported here under the original defect_agent::tool::ToolSchema path. crate::llm::CompletionRequest::tools accepts Vec<ToolSchema>. A tool’s wire-facing schema: name, description, and a JSON Schema for its parameters.

Providers don’t hold dyn Tool; they serialize schemas into wire JSON.
