A 32-byte node identity, kept distinct at the type level from a content Hash so the serve-vindicated accounting can never transpose the two: the seam passes a source and a hash side by side, and both are 32 bytes wide. WarmingAllowance keys every ledger and tag on this type, so a caller that swaps the arguments of WarmingAllowance::debit_speculative no longer compiles.
