Snapshot of the node’s buyer-side PaymentPool state (admin_v1_pools).

This is the only way to read buyer.redb on a running node: redb holds a process-exclusive lock on that file for the daemon’s lifetime, so no CLI can open it — not even read-only — while the node is up.

Fields

pools: Vec<BuyerPoolSnapshot>

One entry per tracked pool, ordered by pool_id so the output is stable across calls regardless of the store’s internal key order.

skipped: Vec<String>

pool_ids whose stored record would not decode, 0x-prefixed hex. Their deposits stay escrowed but untracked, so an empty Self::pools beside a non-empty skipped does not mean “this node owns no pools”.
