Resolved discovery providers (#818). Strings are already shape-validated at resolution (pkarr_url a parseable URL, dns_origin non-empty, each peer node_id a valid iroh NodeId, each addr a SocketAddr); the node wiring layer parses them into iroh types — the discovery-provider seam, per adr/appendix-poc-production-seams.md.

Fields

pkarr_url: Option<String>

pkarr relay URL to publish this node’s address record to.

dns_origin: Option<String>

DNS origin domain to resolve peers from.

peers: Vec<ResolvedDiscoveryPeer>

Static peer address book, sorted by node_id for a deterministic build.
