Response body for admin_v1_lanes (issue #749). Shared between the server (serializes), decdn node lanes (deserializes via the generated client), and the integration tests.

Fields

lanes: Vec<LaneSnapshot>

One entry per lane the node currently tracks. Ordering is most recently active first (lanes with a known last-voucher time ahead of those without), then by descending outstanding amount — the on-call use case is “which lanes are closest to a settlement / liquidity event?”.

redeem_threshold_micro_usdc: u64

The node’s configured redemption threshold in micro-USDC (blockchain.redeem_threshold_micro_usdc). Echoed once at the top level — rather than repeated per lane — so the renderer can show the bar each LaneSnapshot::settlement_eligible is measured against without the operator cross-referencing the config.
