A single static peer entry for DiscoveryConfig::peers. To be useful at least one of Self::relay_url / Self::addrs should be set — an id-only entry yields a peer with no transport addresses to dial.

Fields

relay_url: Option<String>

This peer’s home relay URL (becomes a relay transport address).

addrs: Vec<String>

Direct socket addresses for this peer (host:port, each becomes a direct transport address). Each entry is parsed as a SocketAddr at resolution.
