decdn node update-region — (re)attest the operator’s region via CapacityBond.updateRegion (ADR 030). See NodeCommand::UpdateRegion for the full description. Performs an on-chain transaction rather than talking to a running node’s admin RPC.

Fields

region: String

New region to attest, as an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code (e.g. DE). Validated CLI-side and normalized (trimmed, uppercased) before the send — the contract only length-checks, so an unvalidated code would be stored verbatim and read back as “no locality information” by every downstream consumer. The value fully replaces the on-chain regionHint.

Chain coordinates: RPC endpoint, contract addresses, and keystore.
