decdn setup — guided node onboarding wizard (ADR 019, #933).
Thin orchestration over the existing primitives — key-gen, node bond,
node register — with the pre-flight checks that catch the
mis-ordered-step / under-funded-wallet failure class ADR 019 § Context
calls out before any transaction is submitted, plus a final on-chain
readiness summary. It introduces no new on-chain logic: every contract
call here is one the primitives already make (bond::execute,
register::submit_registration, and read-only CapacityBond views).
Flow: pre-flight → confirm → bond → register → readiness. The signer is
built up front and shared across bond + register, so the keystore is
decrypted once for the on-chain phase. (On a first run that generates
keys, key-gen sets the password and the subsequent signer load decrypts
with it — two prompts only when the password isn’t supplied via
DECDN_KEYSTORE_PASSWORD / --keystore-password-file.)
