decdn node top — live view of node activity scraped from the daemon’s loopback /metrics HTTP endpoint (issue #275).

Entry point dispatched from node_dispatch. Polls the daemon’s /metrics endpoint every --interval-ms, parses it, and renders the table. Single-shot JSON mode bypasses the loop and exits after one fetch.
