pub struct SessionOutboardReader { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Serve-side Outboard over a hash’s shared HashOutboard. Its
Outboard::load awaits a not-yet-captured node, racing the registry-wide fill
liveness for the no-hang guarantee: once no live fill still covers the node’s
byte range, it reads the node from the local store when the reader carries a
store fallback (Self::with_store_fallback), and fails when that cannot
supply it. Minted via FillSession::outboard_reader.
Implementations§

impl SessionOutboardReader
Sourcepub fn with_store_fallback(self, engine: CacheEngine) -> Self
pub fn with_store_fallback(self, engine: CacheEngine) -> Self
Read a node no live fill will capture from engine, the local store, before
failing the load. The store can hold content under such a node: a pull that
faulted landed part of its range first, or an earlier fill stored it. The
store’s outboard then holds the node’s pair. Without the fallback such a
load fails.
