Expand description

A forward-only content frontier shared between a fill’s serve legs and its pull.

Holders read it with Self::get. Only the owning FillSession raises it, and every raise that moves the value wakes a pull parked in DownstreamWatch::past. No holder can lower the frontier or raise it without that wakeup, so a parked pull never misses an advance.
