One serve leg’s handle on the serve demand of its blob’s live fills. Minted by FillSession::demand_slot.

Self::stand routes the leg’s demand to the live fill whose covered range holds the awaited byte, and withdraws it from every other fill of the hash: only that fill’s pull can produce the byte. Dropping the slot withdraws the demand, so a finished or abandoned leg leaves nothing standing.

Stand this leg’s demand for content up to end, clamped to the blob size. It replaces the leg’s previous demand. An end of 0 withdraws it.
