Multiplier for benchmark files (default: 0.3 = 70% reduction)

Multiplier for build scripts (default: 0.3 = 70% reduction)

documentation: f64

Multiplier for documentation files (default: 0.1 = 90% reduction)

enable_context_dampening: bool

Whether to enable context-aware dampening (default: true)
