dear-app: minimal Dear ImGui app runner for dear-imgui-rs

Goals

Hide boilerplate (Winit + WGPU + platform + renderer)
Provide a simple per-frame closure API similar to immapp::Run
Optionally initialize add-ons (ImPlot, ImNodes) and expose them to the UI callback
