Expand description

Errors produced while parsing a markdown file or the DB.md config.

Variants§

§

MalformedYaml

The frontmatter block was not valid YAML. Maps to validate code FM_MALFORMED_YAML.

Fields

§file: PathBuf

The file whose frontmatter failed to parse.

§source: Error

The underlying YAML error.

§

MissingFrontmatter

The file has no ----delimited frontmatter block at its very start.

Fields

§file: PathBuf

The offending file.

§

MissingField

A required field was absent. Maps to validate code FM_MISSING_TYPE (for type) and the per-type required-field codes.

Fields

§file: PathBuf

The file missing the field.

§key: String

The required key.

§

BadTimestamp

A timestamp field was not ISO-8601 / RFC3339. Maps to FM_BAD_TIMESTAMP.

Fields

§file: PathBuf

The file.

§key: String

The frontmatter key.

§value: String

The unparseable value.

§

Io(Error)

An I/O error reading the file.
