Which chrome a contribution lands on.

Not a placement; day_spec::ToolbarPlacement says where on a chrome an item sits. This says which chrome, and it is never written by an app: it follows from the piece that declared the items, which is what the design is built around (docs/toolbars.md).

Variants

Window(RNode)

The window’s own chrome, shown on every page of that window.

Page(RNode)

One navigation page’s chrome. Which surface draws it follows from the page’s day_spec::props::Pane.
