A blocking std::io::Write handle materialized by StreamConverters::as_output_stream.

This handle bridges a std::io::Write into a Datum byte stream (Source<Vec<u8>>). It matches Akka’s OutputStream semantics: each write() call produces one stream element; backpressure blocks the writer when the stream is not ready; write_timeout bounds how long writes block; flush() is a no-op; close() completes the stream.

Completes the stream, signalling EOF to downstream consumers.

After close(), subsequent writes return ErrorKind::BrokenPipe. Calling close() more than once is safe — the stream completes at most once.
