Aggregate job snapshots across the cluster.

The server fans out to currently known peer node sessions and returns partial results with per-node errors when a peer is unreachable or the bounded wait expires.

Fields

timeout_ms: u64

Per-peer fan-out timeout in milliseconds. A zero value uses the server default.
