Enable dunning process

§level_1_days_overdue: u32

Days overdue for level 1 dunning (1st reminder)

§level_2_days_overdue: u32

Days overdue for level 2 dunning (2nd reminder)

§level_3_days_overdue: u32

Days overdue for level 3 dunning (final notice)

§collection_days_overdue: u32

Days overdue for collection handover

§payment_after_dunning_rates: DunningPaymentRates

Payment rates after each dunning level

§dunning_block_rate: f64

Rate of invoices blocked from dunning (disputes)

§interest_rate_per_year: f64

Interest rate per year for overdue amounts

§dunning_charge: f64

Fixed dunning charge per letter
