AnalysisSettings

Struct AnalysisSettings

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct AnalysisSettings { pub pattern_locale: PatternLocale, pub columns: ColumnSelection, }
Expand description

The analysis settings a report was profiled with that change what its scores measure on unchanged data and are recorded nowhere else in it.

MetricSemantics records how a release defines its measurements; this records what the caller chose. The score weights live in the quality assessment and the semantic hints in the hint bindings, so they are not repeated here. Later releases add fields, which older readers ignore, and a field missing from a stored report means the release did not record it.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§pattern_locale: PatternLocale

The locale detected patterns were ranked with, which the validity score reads.

§columns: ColumnSelection

The columns the run profiled. A dataset-level score has the column set as its subject, and a report without a column’s profile needs this to tell a column the source lacks from one that was not selected.
