pub enum EvidenceGap {
Truncated,
Sampled,
RecordsSkipped,
QualitySampled,
CoverageUnrecorded,
}Expand description
Why the data behind a number falls short of the whole source.
Variants§
Truncated
Profiling stopped before the source was exhausted.
Sampled
Rows were sampled rather than all read.
RecordsSkipped
Records were skipped because they could not be turned into rows.
QualitySampled
Every row was scanned, but this metric was computed from a retained sample of them.
CoverageUnrecorded
The report does not record how its quality numbers were obtained, so whether they cover every scanned row is unknown. Only reachable for a report read back from a document written before dataprof recorded it; a profiling run always records it. Unknown coverage is not full coverage, so a full-source requirement is left unevaluated.
