Expand description

What one call did.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§issues: Vec<Issue>

Every issue compiling the config found, at its path below the input, each stamped with the task "test". Advisories and Defects may sit beside an Ok.

§outcome: Result<Outcome>

What the call returned: through the layers, as a run sees it. Err of kind Compile when the config was rejected and nothing ran.

§writes: Vec<(Path, Write)>

The call’s writes, in the order it made them. Empty after an Err, which drops them.

§changes: Vec<Change>

The call’s Changes, as the call recorded them: a write at a root says replaced, as a trace’s copy does, where the task’s audit entry, which keeps v3’s bytes, does not. Empty after an Err, or without capture.

§errors: Vec<ErrorRecord>

The records the call added, kept whatever it returned, stamped as a run stamps them: the ids (test for both) and a timestamp, where they carry none.

§message: Message

The message after the settle: the writes applied on Ok, the records appended to its errors. Its audit is untouched, since no recorder ran.
