ResolveExpr

Trait ResolveExpr

Source
pub trait ResolveExpr:
    Send
    + Sync
    + SealedExpr {
    // Required method
    fn raw(&self) -> &Value;
}
Expand description

The object-safe face of an Expr, which a Resolver evaluates: its logic, and its type’s conversion to an owned value (u64, i64 and f64 as numbers, bool as a boolean, String as a string, Path as its dotted text, and OwnedDataValue as itself).

Sealed: every Expr<T> is one, and nothing else is. Its evaluation is the crate’s, so no datalogic type is part of it:

ⓘ
fn logic(expr: &dyn dataflow_rs::expr::ResolveExpr) {
    let _ = expr.logic();
}

Required Methods§

fn raw(&self) -> &Value

Dyn Compatibility§

This trait is dyn compatible.

In older versions of Rust, dyn compatibility was called "object safety".
