ExecutionLoadRequest fetches and checks every module of the task and runs their manifest passes. It fetches the main module first, then dependencies, depth first in manifest order, each distinct module once. The Ark asks the host through exec_module_size and exec_module_read, one request per task in flight. A request left unanswered for 30s fails the task.

Loading has no overall deadline. The host waits for the Ark’s answer or cancels the task. A task already loaded or started fails this request.
