Variants:

Exclusive: Only one consumer can subscribe to the topic at a time.
Shared: Multiple consumers can subscribe to the topic concurrently.
FailOver: Only one consumer can subscribe to the topic at a time, multiple can subscribe but waits in standby, if the active consumer disconnect
