pub struct PointLabels {
pub text: Arc<[String]>,
pub display: LabelDisplay,
pub placement: LabelPlacement,
pub color: Option<Color>,
pub size: f32,
}Expand description
Per-point labels for a scatter mark.
text is parallel to the mark’s points; an empty string (or an index
past the end) means “no label”. Build with PointLabels::new and the
display / placement / styling setters.
Fields§
§text: Arc<[String]>Label text, indexed alongside the mark’s points.
display: LabelDisplay§placement: LabelPlacement§color: Option<Color>Text colour. None uses a theme token (foreground for persistent
labels, popover-foreground for tooltip chips).
size: f32Label font size in logical pixels.
Implementations§
Source§impl PointLabels
impl PointLabels
Sourcepub fn new(text: impl IntoIterator<Item = impl Into<String>>) -> Self
pub fn new(text: impl IntoIterator<Item = impl Into<String>>) -> Self
Labels from any string iterator, defaulting to hover tooltips.
Sourcepub fn placement(self, placement: LabelPlacement) -> Self
pub fn placement(self, placement: LabelPlacement) -> Self
Set where persistent labels sit relative to the marker.
