The scalar selection identity bound into a persisted Methods HPO campaign.

This deliberately carries the selection id as well as the actual model output and metric. A N4MOPT payload has no knowledge of DAG-ML’s SELECT contract, so restoring it without this identity would permit an optimizer history to be applied to a different decision boundary.
