SyncedOscs

Struct SyncedOscs

Source
pub struct SyncedOscs<T: DspFormat> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A synced pair of Oscs. The secondary oscillator will be synced to the primary oscillator.

This implements Device, taking a Note as input and a SyncedOscsParams as parameters. It outputs a SyncedOscsOutput, which contains the output signals from both underlying oscillators.

impl<T: DspFormat> Device<T> for SyncedOscs<T>

Source§

type Input = <T as DspFormatBase>::Note

The input type for this device. Used to represent signals within the synthesizer, e.g. a control voltage, audio signal, etc.
Source§

type Params = SyncedOscsParams<T>

The parameter type for this device. Used to represent a value that changes how the device acts on its inputs. A good analogy is any knob on a synth would logically fall into this category.
Source§

type Output = SyncedOscsOutput<T>

The output type for this device.
Source§

fn next( &mut self, context: &T::Context, note: T::Note, params: SyncedOscsParams<T>, ) -> Self::Output

Within the provided context, take one sample of input and execute the design’s DSP logic using params, then return a sample of output.
Source§

fn process<'a, InputIt: Iterator<Item = Self::Input>, ParamIt: Iterator<Item = Self::Params>>( &'a mut self, context: &'a T::Context, input: InputIt, params: ParamIt, ) -> DeviceIter<'a, T, Self, InputIt, ParamIt>
where Self: Sized,

This is similar to Device::next, but works on iterators and returns an iterator to the results
