Returns the controlled counter as a legacy CuTime value.

For execution time, read RobotClock::now on the associated clock. For raw instants, use Self::raw_now.

pub fn raw_now(&self) -> CuInstant

Reads the controlled undisciplined timeline of the associated clock.

pub fn set_value(&self, value: u64)

Sets the absolute value of the time.
