A full actor identifier combining the actor kind and unique ID.

Serializes as "app-JBSWY3DPEHPK3PXP" or "agent-JBSWY3DPEHPK3PXP". Used in JWT claims and external APIs.

For just the unique ID portion (used as the database primary key), see ActorId.
