Served

Struct Served

Source
pub struct Served { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A rendered template and the file it serves, checked and not yet written.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Served

Source

pub fn target(&self) -> &Path

Where the file goes, relative to the repository root.

Source

pub fn body(&self) -> &str

The rendered text.

Source

pub fn executable(&self) -> bool

Whether the file is written 0755 rather than 0644.

Source

pub fn write(&self, root: &Path) -> Result<PathBuf, ServeError>

Write the file under root, creating its directories, and set its mode on Unix. Returns the full path.

§Errors

When the target or any directory above it is a symlink, which could point outside the repository, when the created directory does not resolve inside root, or when the file or its directories cannot be written.
