Expand description

An ErrorCode representing either a JSON-RPC Error Code or LSP defined error code.

Variants§

§

ParseError

Invalid JSON was received by the server. An error occurred on the server while parsing the JSON text. JSON-RPC defined. -32700.

§

InvalidRequest

The JSON sent is not a valid Request object. JSON-RPC defined. -32600.

§

MethodNotFound

The method does not exist / is not available. JSON-RPC defined. -32601.

§

InvalidParams

Invalid method parameter(s). JSON-RPC defined. -32602.

§

InternalError

Internal JSON-RPC error. JSON-RPC defined. -32603.

§

ReservedErrorStart

JSON RPC Reserved Range Start. Reserved for implementation-defined server-errors. (-32000 to -32099).

§

ServerNotInitialized

Error code indicating that a server received a notification or request before the server has received the initialize request. LSP defined. -32002.

§

UnknownErrorCode

LSP defined. -32001.

§

ReservedErrorEnd

JSON RPC Reserved Range End. Reserved for implementation-defined server-errors. (-32000 to -32099).

§

LspReservedErrorStart

LSP Reserved Range Start. This is the start range of LSP reserved error codes. It doesn’t denote a real error code. (-32899 to -32800)

§

ContentModified

The server detected that the content of a document got modified outside normal conditions. A server should NOT send this error code if it detects a content change in its unprocessed messages. The result even computed on an older state might still be useful for the client.

If a client decides that a result is not of any use anymore the client should cancel the request.

LSP defined. -32801.

§

RequestCancelled

The client has canceled a request and a server has detected the cancel.

LSP defined. -32800.

§

LspReservedErrorEnd

LSP Reserved Range Start. This is the start range of LSP reserved error codes. It doesn’t denote a real error code. (-32899 to -32800)

§

Unknown(i32)

The error code is not known.
