pub struct Aggregate {
pub group_field: Option<String>,
pub agg: GroupAgg,
pub agg_field: Option<String>,
}Expand description
An aggregate, grouped or ungrouped.
group_field: None is a whole-result aggregate — FROM t COUNT,
FROM t SUM fee — which returns exactly one row. That was previously
inexpressible: the aggregate keywords only existed after GROUP BY, so
“how many rows match this?” had to fetch every row and count client-side.
Fields§
§group_field: Option<String>§agg: GroupAgg§agg_field: Option<String>The field to aggregate. None for COUNT, which needs no target.
