Serialized as an internally-tagged enum ({"status": "success"} / {"status": "failure", "code": "...", "reason": "..."}) so the dashboard can filter on status without parsing the payload.

Operation completed successfully.

Failure

Operation failed. code is a stable machine-readable identifier (e.g. policy.gate.blocked); reason is operator-facing prose.
