Cycle

The dependencies would form a cycle.

UnknownDependency(Arc<str>)

A dependency names an unknown key and the pool rejects unknown dependencies.

Full

Bounds reached and the pool’s policy is Wait: retry once Action::SpaceAvailable is seen.

Overloaded

Bounds reached and the policy is Reject (or shedding found no victim).
