MusicXML-origin <measure number> display label. ABC-origin scores use the numeric MeasureId::number; imported MusicXML can use labels such as 0, repeated movement-local numbers, or X1.

multiple_rest: Option<u32>

Display hint for the first measure of an expanded ABC Zn rest run. The measures still exist individually; this only requests the compact MusicXML multi-rest glyph.

barlines: Vec<MeasureBarline>

repeat_endings: Vec<RepeatEndingModel>

repeat_ending_closes: Vec<RepeatEndingCloseModel>

MusicXML-origin explicit volta closes (<ending type="stop|discontinue">) that cannot be inferred from ABC barline syntax, such as a close on an implicit regular right barline. ABC-origin scores keep this empty.
