ABC accidentals are source-significant. Croma records the written accidental exactly when present, applies it to following matching pitches in the same measure, and clears that measure-local state at each barline. When the key signature or syntax leaves behavior ambiguous, diagnostics keep the policy decision source-spanned instead of silently changing notation.
