pub struct Record {
pub name: &'static str,
pub kind: RecordKind,
pub depth: u16,
pub nanos: u64,
}Expand description
One thing that happened, on one thread.
Fields§
§name: &'static strThe span’s or counter’s name. &'static str rather than a String
because a profiler that allocates a name per span is measuring its own
allocator; an end carries the name its begin was given.
kind: RecordKindWhat happened.
depth: u16How many spans were open around it — zero for the outermost, and the same on a span’s begin and its end.
Counted over spans this buffer actually holds, so it always agrees with
a stack walk of ThreadTrace::records even after records were refused.
nanos: u64Nanoseconds since the trace epoch. Comparable with every other record in
the same Snapshot, whatever thread it came from; not comparable with
an EventTime.
