Why a notification will never be delivered. The set matches the CHECK constraint in 0001_init.sql.

Variants

Rejected

The provider refused the request and will refuse it again.

NotConfigured

No adapter serves this recipient’s transport: the module is mounted without the transport it needs. A distinct reason so ops can tell “the payload is wrong” from “you forgot the keys”.

AttemptsExhausted

Retried to the bound and still failing.

Malformed

The outbox payload is not a job this module wrote.
