The per-request span’s fields as plain data, attached to every response’s extensions by the request-id layer so a runtime with no tracing dispatcher — Cloudflare — can still log them. route is the matched pattern, never the raw path ("" when nothing matched). There is no duration_ms: wasm32 has no monotonic clock to measure it with.
