A note added to an existing ticket — e.g. linking a duplicate report to the ticket it duplicates. Adapters map the fields their tracker has and document what they drop; body_markdown is the only content every tracker takes.

Fields

idempotency_key: String

Makes the note idempotent under retries; the caller owns its shape, exactly as TicketDraft::idempotency_key does for the file.

body_markdown: String

The note’s body, Markdown. Adapters translate or quote it verbatim per their tracker’s format and say which.

link: Option<String>

A URL the note points at — typically the duplicate report this comment links into the existing ticket.
