The result of a file that the tracker accepted: its id in the external tracker (persist it — Tracker::status is keyed by it) and the ticket’s human-readable URL, where the tracker has one.

external_id: String

The ticket’s id in the tracker it was filed into (OWNER/REPO#42, PROJ-7, a webhook’s delivery id).

url: String

The ticket’s URL, when the tracker renders one.
