pub enum KeyState {
Signing,
VerifyingOnly,
Revoked,
}Expand description
A key’s role in the ring (ADR 0014, issue #137).
Variants§
Signing
Signs every new token. At most one key holds this state.
VerifyingOnly
Verifies tokens it signed before demotion; can never sign.
Revoked
Compromised or deliberately retired: its tokens are refused, its id is burned, and its secret can never re-enter the ring.
