#[non_exhaustive]pub enum DataKind {
Contact,
Identifier,
Fitness,
Usage,
Content,
Financial,
}Expand description
The category a row falls into, in the vocabulary a privacy page and an App Store questionnaire both use.
Deliberately coarse. A finer taxonomy invites a judgement call per column, and the reader this exists for — someone deciding whether to trust the product — is not served by precision nobody can check.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Contact
Name, email, phone: how to reach the person.
Identifier
Account ids, device ids, tokens: how the system recognises them.
Fitness
Health and fitness measurements.
Usage
What they did and when: sessions, streaks, usage.
Content
Things they wrote or uploaded.
Financial
Money: invoices, payouts, ledger entries.
