pub struct StatusUpdate {
pub external_id: String,
pub state: TicketState,
pub url: Option<String>,
}Expand description
A ticket-state change a tracker reported on its inbound status webhook:
the same shape Tracker::status answers with, pushed instead of
pulled. Ok(None) from a parse means a verified event that carries no
status change (a comment, a ping) — not an error.
Fields§
§external_id: StringThe ticket’s id in the tracker it was filed into, as the vendor’s payload names it.
state: TicketStateThe state the vendor reports, mapped onto the port’s five.
url: Option<String>The ticket’s URL, when the vendor’s payload carries one.
