Structures and utilities used for decoding zstd formatted data
Modules§
- errors
- Errors that might occur while decoding zstd formatted data
Structs§
- Decoder
Workspace - A decoder whose internal tables and history storage are allocated up front.
- Dictionary
- Zstandard includes support for “raw content” dictionaries, that store bytes optionally used during sequence execution.
- Frame
Decoder - Low level Zstandard decoder that can be used to decompress frames with fine control over when and how many bytes are decoded.
- Multi
Frame Decoder std - A
Readdecoder for concatenated data and skippable Zstandard frames. - Multi
Frame Decoder Options std - Resource and format policy for
MultiFrameDecoder. - Static
Decoder Workspace - A decoder whose complete scratch state is placed in caller-provided bytes.
- Streaming
Decoder - High level Zstandard frame decoder that can be used to decompress a given Zstandard frame.
Enums§
- Block
Decoding Strategy - Decoder
Workspace Error - Errors produced by a prepared decoder workspace.
- Multi
Frame Decoder Error std - A typed failure retained inside the
io::Errorreturned byRead. - Skippable
Frame Policy std - Policy for RFC 8878 skippable frames encountered between data frames.
Constants§
- DEFAULT_
MAX_ WINDOW_ SIZE - While the maximum window size allowed by the spec is significantly larger, our implementation limits it to 100mb to protect against malformed frames. Default maximum frame window accepted by the high-level decoders (100 MiB).
