Where a compaction is allowed to stop. Only the crash test constructs anything but Finish::Swap.

Variants§

Swap

Stage the replacement, fsync it, and rename it into place.

§

StopBeforeSwap

Stage and fsync, then stop. What a crash mid-compaction leaves on disk: a complete replacement that nothing points at yet.
