# Code of conduct
Be respectful and constructive. Discuss the work and its effects, give specific
feedback, and respect differing experience and viewpoints. Harassment, threats,
discrimination, unwanted personal attention, and disclosure of private information
are unacceptable in issues, reviews, discussions, and other project spaces.
Maintainers apply this policy consistently. They may request a correction, remove
inappropriate content, restrict participation, or exclude a participant. Responses
consider the severity and repeated nature of the conduct, and protect affected people.
For conduct concerns, use GitHub's private abuse-reporting controls on the relevant
content or account. GitHub handles those reports under its platform policies.
For project moderation requests without sensitive information, contact maintainers
through an issue describing the requested moderation without republishing abusive
or identifying content. Do not post private incident details or use vulnerability
reports for non-security complaints. A project-specific confidential contact may
be added when designated by the maintainers.
