D&C-Stack mit Plan-Datenmodell (DPD/CPD/IDD/PSD), XML-Plan-Loader (§10),
RepositoryManager (§8), ExecutionManager + NodeManager (§9) und
ContainerHost-Bridge zu `corba-ccm`. `no_std + alloc`,
`forbid(unsafe_code)`. Safety classification: **STANDARD**.
