Numeric article ID.

ticket_id: Option<u64>

ID of the parent ticket.

Subject line.

body: Option<String>

Article body (plain text or HTML depending on content_type).

from: Option<String>

Sender address (free-form string Zammad chose).

to: Option<String>

Recipient address.

cc: Option<String>

CC recipients.

reply_to: Option<String>

Reply-To header.

content_type: Option<String>

MIME content type (text/plain, text/html).

article_type: Option<String>

Article type (note, email, phone, …).

sender: Option<String>

Sender role (Agent, Customer, System).

internal: Option<bool>

Whether the article is hidden from customers.

created_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

When the article was created.

updated_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

When the article was last updated.

attachments: Vec<Attachment>

File attachments on the article.

Any attribute not modelled above.
